This software (the "Plugin") is proprietary. It is not open source.

1. Use. If you obtained the Plugin from Phantra (from phantra.ai or another
   channel Phantra names), Phantra grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, revocable license to install and run it, in unmodified
   form, to use your own Phantra account with the host application it is
   built for. Your use of Phantra itself is governed by Phantra's Terms of
   Service, and anything the Plugin makes or spends counts as use of Phantra.

2. Restrictions. You may not, and may not let anyone else:
   (a) copy, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent or lend the Plugin,
       or any part of it, except for the copy you install for your own use;
   (b) modify the Plugin or make works based on it;
   (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where applicable
       law expressly allows this despite this restriction;
   (d) remove or change this notice, or any other notice of ownership;
   (e) use the Plugin to get around Phantra's pricing, credits, approvals,
       rate limits or security.

3. Ownership. Phantra and its licensors keep all rights, title and interest in
   the Plugin, including all intellectual property rights. No right is granted
   except those stated in section 1.

4. Third-party software. The Plugin runs inside a host application (such as
   DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro) that is licensed to you separately
   by its own maker. Nothing here grants any right in that application or its
   components, including any native module the installer copies from your own
   installation of it.

5. Ending. This license ends automatically if you break it, or when Phantra
   ends it. When it ends, you must stop using the Plugin and delete every copy.

6. No warranty. THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PHANTRA AND
   ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROJECTS,
   PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLUGIN, HOWEVER CAUSED.
